Marka 27 had the distinct honor of creating and unveiling two breathtaking murals in Terminal C at Boston’s Logan Airport. These murals commemorate the incredible legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen, who were a group of African American pilots and support personnel who served during World War II.
These murals are a tribute to the legendary Brig. Gen. Enoch Odell “Woody” Woodhouse II, one of the last living Tuskegee Airmen at the age of 95. The first mural features Brig. Gen. Woodhouse; the second mural celebrates the “Spitfire” 332nd Tuskegee Airmen Squadron, which was the first African American fighter group in the United States Army Air Forces.
